Town of Salina Playgrounds

The Town of Salina maintains eight parks located geographically across the town for your recreational enjoyment.  In addition to the four parks listed with pool locations, there are neighborhood parks at the following sites:  Sunflower Park off Sunflower Drive, Primrose Park off Primrose Drive, Burnham Park on Westwood and Malden Roads and Schaffer Park on Schaffer Avenue.  All the parks have an assortment of playground equipment, park benches and picnic tables.  The department also maintains 19 baseball/softball fields, 8 tennis courts and recently has added the newest rage...pickleball courts at both Wemesfelder and Duerr Parks.  We also maintain several buildings in the form of support facilities to several parks.  All facilities are maintained by park maintenance staff on a daily and weekly basis.
